Even though we waved the safe move coverage within our reservation made online, the location still applied a fee for it when my husband checked in to pick up the truck. He should’ve been asked to waive it again, or our selections online should’ve been honored. Instead we were charged, and on the backend, it took a total of 90 minutes with two different customer service representatives to have the charge removed. My time is too valuable. to have wasted it on trying to rectify an error that was made at this location during pickup.
