horrible experience and the other location we got set to was also horrible. The equipment drove horribly and a reservation got messed up multiple times. I don’t know if this is a U-Haul thing or this location, but overall extremely disappointed and frustrated and shocked that we weren’t compensated or given any discount for all of the difficulties we ran into with this whole entire process.
