Next time don't try to intimidate a customer not interested to sign up for additional protection coverage. I understand it's an expensive truck and most insurance companies don't cover rentals such as them. But it's also not fair to keep repeating about taking up the additional coverage in case of an accident. I was taken a aback when the lady at the counter kept reminding about " getting into accident" and scare me to buy the additional coverage. You should inform not scare the customer. Rest you should let the customer decide for himself on all optional obligations.

The resident Mgr. Jeanette was extremely helpful. She offered great customer service. I she was not there I would have been lost using the online service pickup. I think you should have a virtual online customer service to help customers navigate what you may think is simple, Also a step by step written cuz I couldn't access the video outside.

This is a nightmare experience. First of all, I booked my pickup 5 days before my 11:00 am pick-up at San Pablo Ave in Oakland. I showed up on time. But the truck I am supposed to rent had not returned. They cannot contact the renter. After waiting for 30 min, they decided to find me another truck at another location. Another 30 min passed, they said they found one at International Blvd, Oakland. Driving 20 minutes (10 miles) in heavy traffic, I get there only to be told that they don’t have the truck. And they have to re-book me a truck at another location 20 more miles away at Whipple Rd, Haywood. The traffic was really bad and it too over 30 min. Getting the truck was no problem except that I had to take a 10 footer instead of the 15 footer I reserved. Packing all my stuffs in the smaller truck was a real challenge. Plus they did not have the rugs I reseaved so that I had to buy several $20 blankets from Target just to make due. Now the movers I arranged had to be waiting for 2 hours since I was delayed so much. I ended up having to paid for an extra hour for the loading (costed $80). After loading I started my trip back to my destination at 5:00 pm – a trip I expected to take 2 hours ended up taking 3 and a half hour in commute traffic. Now because my pick-up location was so much farther than the one I booked, I ended up having to paid $23.6 for milage and gas charges at the end. Now, you want to know what kind of experience I had?
