Reserved a dolly, but one not available. Additional cost incurred to purchase one. Truck cab was not clean, needed swept and spilled beverage remains around cup holders. Truck was parked in muddy parking lot, interesting adventure to get to the truck to leave. No inspection was offered by the Uhaul personnel at the location.
