They were very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. Good location . Was in and out in a breeze.
Sonja DI had to drive be 90 miles out of my way to pick up this truck. Then also rent a trailer to haul my car back home behind the van. Took 50 minutes to get the trailer to match in the system so I could use the truck to pull it home. Wasted 5 hours getting back home so I could be ready in the morning. I reserved it for Minot 3 weeks or more in advance. Good thing I checked my email because my phone number was wrong in the system even though I used the app before and everything worked then. Staff at the pick up location were GREAT.
