Noone was at the drop off location, I'm due a refund and could not get it. The truck itself was the worst truck I've ever rented, brakes squealed the entire trip, bad on gas, tires were low had ro put air in them. Overall just a bad ride.
Hollie TMy original reservation was with U-Haul storage on Highway 80 in Jackson, Mississippi. However, upon arrival, my reservation was not available. No one called to advise that the truck would be unavailable. Despite the many calls and texts I received to validate my reservation and even a request if I would be interested in hauling back equipment. After traveling four hours, there should not have been any excuse for a customer to go through this. After the in-store worker contacted the reservation line, I was advised that there were no 10’ trucks available in the area and that only a 15’ truck was available but 31 miles away. Again, this was very disappointing since no one called me to advise of the change in my reservation. I am very disappointed and would not recommend use of U-Haul and will do my best to avoid having to use it in the future.
ERICKA HThe cargo area was dirty and it took me twenty minutes to clean before I could put items in. Partly my fault as I did not check it when arriving. It wouldn’t have mattered as no one was there when I picked the truck up.
