This is a hometown storage facility and they just happen to have enough land to park U-Haul trailers or trucks so it’s nothing fancy.

David LThe location is only noticeable because a few U-Haul trucks are sitting on a lot next to a somewhat rundown mini storage facility. There was no signage of any kind. Not even a decal stuck somewhere. No one answered the phone # on the rental document and it didn’t even have an answering system. Just hung up after about 6 rings. Tried it several times. No human presence whatsoever. I findd as in disconnected my trailer and left amongst the U-Haul trucks sitting there. There was a small building with a “tax services” sign nearby but no one there either.
RICHARD YThey are frauds! Stay away! I had already paid cash money to the lady for the Truck Rental. I returned the UHAUL Truck one day earlier before the day on Saturday when I said I would return the UHAUL truck. I then get a bill stating an $88.00 balance for a Promissory payment, in which I had no problem with. But then, they have changed the $88.00 dollar balance to a sudden balance of $188.00! It gets better than that; I called the bank and they tell me that UHAUL made an attempt to take a $114.00 dollars off of my card! They never provided me with such proof of an amount of a $114.00. I will never do business again with UHAuL in Headland Alabama!
