They are frauds! Stay away! I had already paid cash money to the lady for the Truck Rental. I returned the UHAUL Truck one day earlier before the day on Saturday when I said I would return the UHAUL truck. I then get a bill stating an $88.00 balance for a Promissory payment, in which I had no problem with. But then, they have changed the $88.00 dollar balance to a sudden balance of $188.00! It gets better than that; I called the bank and they tell me that UHAUL made an attempt to take a $114.00 dollars off of my card! They never provided me with such proof of an amount of a $114.00. I will never do business again with UHAuL in Headland Alabama!

Phillip SI ordered a Doley, but none was on the truck, and it was a remote pick up. pick up was easy but the return was ridiculous. the hidden costs were not good and i returned it with more fuel, it was on E at the pickup.
