The back of the truck smelled like dog fecies. I had to clean some of the fecies.

They didn’t know what they were doing. Couldn’t get the link sent to me to work. I had asked for a counter check in and they sent me the mobile check in link instead. Seemed like they could care less and were there to sell cars. Will not be using them again.
Nathan LIt was only a car salesman who paid any attention to me. I personally unhitched the trailer. The Uhaul personnel were not on site. I handed my rental paper to the car salesman and asked him to give it to the Uhaul guy. Then they didn't even enter the return into the system and Uhaul had to call me two days later to see if I had even dropped it off.
