very difficult to find, was part of a Chevrolet Dealership... with a shared office and computer. Some confusion about finding reservation and key to vehicle. not a good way to start a long trip.

Nothing everything was a breeze.
Roberto TThis was the first time that I rented a U-Haul truck from a location that wasn't 100% U-Haul oriented. The staff at Healdsburg Automotive were friendly and helpful. I had already reserved and paid for the reservation online so I expected a quick in-person transaction at the time of pick up. It took a bit longer than expected only because the staff are busy with a variety of other tasks unrelated to U-Haul. But it worked out and I received my itemized statement of cost via an email after I dropped off the keys in a drop box. All the charges were correct. Overall, an easy transaction, clean truck, friendly staff.
