The drop off procedure app is terrible. After taking the return pics the last photo submission disappeared and took me back to beginning of the process. I could not get to the place where the error occurred. Make the return process easier

Inform pickup locations that you do not give refunds for early drop off
DANNY CHad a good experience. My movers cancelled and I was allowed to have the truck several more hrs. Thank God. Would definitely recommend for moving.

MARGARET CNice folks run this location. It is new and they are obviously just getting things up and running, but were helpful in renting me the truck. They were also flexible in allowing me to return truck after they closed on saturday. This is a rural area and my best advice to them is to be there during their posted hours and continue to answer phone calls after hours as well. The truck was clean, ran well and I am happy with the whole experience. I will recommend to my friends.
