The manager at this location was incredible. He went above and beyond to help me when my confirmation changed. Uhaul in general though I had a terrible experience with my online booking. The location was changed from 5 min from my house to 1 hour from my house. The time was also changed from 10AM to 5PM the next day which made the entire situation very stressful. It resulted in me having to stay up half the night packing the truck as I couldn't get into it as planned. I hope I never have to book with uhaul again as it never goes smooth.
