Location was easy to access. Staff were very friendly. Quick and easy pick-up and return.
TIMOTHY MThe store was not open on the appointed time for pick up. I waited an hour for it to open. The truck had a slice in one of the dual tires. The tire went flat on my trip.
BRIAN VThe trailer we wanted was visible on the lot but not in the system. The U-Haul number didn't even find it. I was going to have to drive 40 mins extra to pick up where the system said there was one. I was able to call the location and they were able to reserve it for me but then I had to call the other location and cancel that reservation.
