After speaking with three different scheduling representatives, I was never told that I needed to download the U-Haul app in order to access the key to the vehicle. I also submitted a complaint regarding my dissatisfaction with the whole process, and the woman I spoke with said a manager was going to follow up with me. It has been over 72 hours, and no one has reached me from U-Haul! Extremely horrible customer service!!!

When picking up and returning the trailer, service was extremely nice. They explained the process, steps and covered the rental agreement as well as answering my questions.
