The pick up location had horrible service. The trailer had a flat tire when exiting their facility was forced to utilize roadside service less than 2 miles from the pick up location due to poor maintenance,roadside assistance installed a tire that only had 30 pounds of air in it. so probably won’t be using U-Haul anytime soon. Get your shit together I’ll be reporting this to the DOT.

Easy pick up and easy drop off
melissa lStaff was slow but helpful. Location is good and convenient. The U-Haul app with the picture taking capabilities and other info was really easy to use! Rental truck was clean it had snowed that day, rained as well and so the windshield was very dirty and needed wiper fluid so I could see out of it and drive safely. The truck had no windshield wiper fluid in it and/or the it wouldn’t pump any fluid of of the wiper nozzles! It was totally unsafe, and I had to stop every time I couldn’t see and wipe off the windshield at a gas station. It totally made the trip a lot more difficult and unsafe.
ERIC SThis survey should have nothing to do with the location—that part was great. However, renting a $10 hand truck was like cutting off my arm. It would have been easier to rent a space shuttle than it was to rent this hand truck. The entire ordeal wasted 30 minutes of my life. Had I known it would take that long, I would have found a mule to do the job instead. Bottom line: your registration process is completely unreasonable for a $10 hand truck. I wasn’t renting a vehicle—just a hand truck
