Haoyu XGreat experience. I used the app to book, pick up, return equipment. That said, Shane at Valley Hardware is extremely competent and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to rent with U-Haul.
Holly MDo not give option to pick up the truck in a location that doesn’t have it and force the customer to go somewhere else and pay extra miles for it. Also make the customer’s pick up process easy by making sure won’t be any issue
Andrea MI made the rrservation 8:30 am and the agent came one hour later, his excuse was “sorry i left yesterday by 3 pm and there wasnt any reservation”, but i did my reservation 5 pm the same day. And i finally ended pick it up by 10 am after paperwork.
