PATRICIA GThe only store employee that spoke English had no idea what to do to rent me the truck. My pickup appt was at 9 am, at 11:00, I finally drove off with it after spending 1 hr & 45 minutes on the phone walking me through the checkout process because the employee wouldn’t talk to them.
