I made the rrservation 8:30 am and the agent came one hour later, his excuse was “sorry i left yesterday by 3 pm and there wasnt any reservation”, but i did my reservation 5 pm the same day. And i finally ended pick it up by 10 am after paperwork.

Everything went well, except that another customer backed his truck into my car in front of the store. Not your fault, and he was very apologetic. Thankfully he was insured; the car has been repaired. Not sure you can improve on that.
