Everything was actually great with the exception of the attendant that helped me. He handled the transaction quickly, but definitely didn't come across as helpful or wanting my business. Otherwise, everything was exceptional!
JIMMY BHave more employees or be prepared to compensate customers for time wasted. I waited two hours in line for my truck only to be told you didn’t have it. I didn’t make a scene at the store but I called customer service and they took care of it. I’d still use U-Haul because let’s face it you have the monopoly on this stuff.
