Upon arriving at night there is a sign that says “u haul rentals” and an arrow pointing to an office door with the light on and nobody inside. The trucks were on the other side of the lot. Had to spend too much time waiting outside in an empty car lot by myself for the whole approval process to take place. Then the U-Haul itself didn’t have any of the expected equipment inside. This made the move too difficult to complete in the time I had. I’ve overpaid and now need to use another service and spend more time.
