It was advertised as $19.95 per day. It costs over $135. I will not use this service again and will not recommend to family nor to friends. It was a total rip off! Unfortunately, penske or no other carrier was available.

Tires were inflated too much so it was bouncing and sliding across the lane. I was given the wrong dolly and had to go to another U-Haul to get the right one I booked a location and then they switched it farther last minute. They didn’t offer to bring it to the original location OR offer me anything for driving an extra 25 minutes one way. Horrible experience I wish there were more companies to choose from but unfortunately U-Haul is the only evil to go with.
