Not going to lie, when I saw the location I expected poor service, but man was I shocked when I walked in. GREAT customer service. Was in and out super quick. Wish I knew/remember the gentlemen’s name that was working the desk (date/time that the gentlemen worked was 5/8/2026, 10:41am was the time I got the text after making the reservation with him) very respectful, professional, also had a great sense of humor. He deserves a raise if he hasn’t already gotten one. Thank you again.

I picked up the trailer at 2 pm and verified the location was supposed to be open until 6 pm for returns. I arrived at 5:35 pm and they were closed. I had to contact U-Haul who was able to get ahold of someone with the facility who gave me a gate code for entry. I should have been told the would close early.
