I was sent to this location by U-Haul for a Sunday drop off of a truck. Location not open on Sunday, and the gate was closed, required a code to open. Luckily, someone exiting let me in. No drop box for key, and I had to climb the fence to exit. Probably an okay place during hours it is open, but U-Haul customer service had no idea as to the location specifics. I got lucky the lady was exiting the site to let me in, otherwise would have had to leave the U-Haul blocking the gate or on the side of the highway.

Jose GNot going to lie, when I saw the location I expected poor service, but man was I shocked when I walked in. GREAT customer service. Was in and out super quick. Wish I knew/remember the gentlemen’s name that was working the desk (date/time that the gentlemen worked was 5/8/2026, 10:41am was the time I got the text after making the reservation with him) very respectful, professional, also had a great sense of humor. He deserves a raise if he hasn’t already gotten one. Thank you again.
