When hooking up trailer to my vehicle, I was told that they could not connect to the tow hitch because it needed a larger D ring. They told me to go to O'Reily or Walmart and buy one. We left to find this part. We were not familiar with the town where the pick up was scheduled, which was not the location we requested. After going to 4 stores, and not finding it, I called back to the pick up location and was told to come back and they would figure it out. All they had to do was us a chain to attach to the tow hitch. The whole process put us behind an hour and a half. The whole thing could have been avoided if the tech would have just used the chain and not be lazy.

SERGIO BIt was advertised as $19.95 per day. It costs over $135. I will not use this service again and will not recommend to family nor to friends. It was a total rip off! Unfortunately, penske or no other carrier was available.
