I did not rent this Rana Newman did she had me sign as driver only and now you are sending me bills she claims were paid and a rep of yours said he charged her card for please get this corrected

Susan MThe girl behind the counter was new, I tried for a long time to get the app to work to drop off and it wouldn't. The location was not able to help me check the equipment in. I reached out to the 800# and the girl I spoke to was AWESOME. She helped me through, even though it took some more time, we finally got it done. I ended up doing a drop in the drop box. It was extremely hot and I had just finished unpacking the uhaul and to get the truck back on time, I had to leave a bunch of my belongings in my driveway. The women at the 800 number was patient, kind and understanding and tried to get me back to my house to finish bringing in my belongings as quickly as possible.
Cheryl tI wouldn’t recommend Uhaul period to anyone. I had a horrible experience just with the uhaul phone line and the app.
