The only thing I thought our truck was supposed to have a dolly didn’t realize we didn’t until we started moving, but it’s okay. I forgot to mention it when we returned the truck.

The attendant was professional and had me in out in 10 minutes. When I returned the vehicle it was even shorter. She even went out of her way to bring me an item that fell out of my pocket after I was already in my Uber. Thank you for the very pleasant and professional service.

LORI NGood drop off, have used location before, however they were closed when dropped off The rest of my experience with Uhaul this time was subpar. Pick up and drop off locations changed, no furniture pads, no mattress covered. Had to fight at 7am to get drop off to original location. Will re consider before using again. For 2 days at $600, if they don’t stick to the contract parameters, doesn’t seem worth it
