Improve the website/app, they are really bad. They keep freezing and starting from the beginning. They don't accept pictures saying low memory then accept pictures after many trials. They skipped all steps when I was returning the truck, so I couldn't take pictures, and suddenly it said return completed. Your online system is really really bad. And I called customer care and I was on hold for ages. So the truck was nice but the overall experience was baaaaad.

MICHAEL HI use the app for the first time and it was a total cluster 15 minutes to get anybody to help me stand 110° weather. Never use his service again.
