They were very friendly and professional. The truck was clean no rattling and hesitation. They had snacks and coffee. Definitely recommend this location.

VENTRICE BImprove the website/app, they are really bad. They keep freezing and starting from the beginning. They don't accept pictures saying low memory then accept pictures after many trials. They skipped all steps when I was returning the truck, so I couldn't take pictures, and suddenly it said return completed. Your online system is really really bad. And I called customer care and I was on hold for ages. So the truck was nice but the overall experience was baaaaad.
