Wasn’t happy to find out I got charged more than I was supposed to. When I originally made the online reservation, it was for a 10 foot truck for $20 a day. I was told a 10 foot truck wasn’t available and then I would be getting a 15 foot truck for the same price. However, I was charged $30 for the 15 foot truck. I also declined insurance on my original reservation for $15 and come to find out I ended up getting charged $15 for insurance so I’m not very happy about that.
Brett WThey showed that they opened at 9 AM which seems late for a U Haul office but then I showed up at a little before 9 and waited until 15 after and nobody showed up. I needed to get to work because I was already late due to the location's late opening so I couldn't wait longer. Ended up having to come back later that day. Very inconvenient
STEVEN BI went to drop the truck and the location I choose the lady didn’t want to take my truck. She wants me drive 30 min away to drop off, what will cost miles + gas + more time.
Emerson SI think it’s dumb you have to give mileage before hand and if you’re wrong it’s 80$ per mile additional. And if you pay for extra miles to be cautious, and drive less mileage it doesn’t get removed. Like what if you miss an exit etc.
