Clean the cab of soda spills
HOWARD BDrop off location hours were 8am-4:30pm. I got there at 4:10pm and no one was there. I called the Uhaul number and they sent me a link to self drop that didn't work. I drove home and called again and was told I was supposed to do this before leaving the location. Luckily, I had taken pictures of the closed business and of where I dropped the trailer. I was able to email the pictures to complete the transaction. Very unorganized and unclear directions. It isn't a good business decision to assume everyone has a smart phone and internet connection to complete a contract.

Peter ZThe office was a little hard to find. I spotted the other vehicles in the lot and dropped my trailer next to them then walked around until I found the office. If you don't have navigation, you likely would not find it.
