I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened but we spoke to someone on the phone that told us to drop off at a different location because this place wasn't open on Easter Sunday. He gave us another location in Hendersonville. Then we were charged $12.00 for dropping off a the wrong location. I don't know anything about this location because I didn't go there.

HOWARD BDrop off location hours were 8am-4:30pm. I got there at 4:10pm and no one was there. I called the Uhaul number and they sent me a link to self drop that didn't work. I drove home and called again and was told I was supposed to do this before leaving the location. Luckily, I had taken pictures of the closed business and of where I dropped the trailer. I was able to email the pictures to complete the transaction. Very unorganized and unclear directions. It isn't a good business decision to assume everyone has a smart phone and internet connection to complete a contract.
