My recommendation would depend on what is needed. The survey should have questions on the rental process and not so much the location. While I appreciate the help from the guy, the rental process, online and then a text request for a phone call was, unsettling.
CARMEN AEnsure lock on uhaul works, clean uhaul interior. I had to clean grease and dirt out of the trailer, the seats were sticky from something spilling on them. I will give props to the manager who responded in a decent amount of time and tried to make things right.
Aren LThere was an open smoothie cup with a drink in it left in the cup holder and an eaten popsicle stick. I threw them out. It took a while to even get the key and I had to wait while he made a smoothie for one customer. Then there’s was a lock on the back of the truck and I had to wait for him to call someone to get that taken off. None of the equipment I ordered was there. Next time I’ll just go to a uhaul store because most of my furniture ended up being damaged without the furniture pads I ordered.
Mari SU-Haul representative was an hour late and rude. I also requested to add additional days to my reservation, I was told they would be added then got charged a late turn in fee.
