Here's a cleaned-up version that keeps the facts, sounds professional, and clearly explains the issues: --- I had a very disappointing experience with this U-Haul rental. I originally reserved a truck at a location about 10 minutes from my house, but the day before pickup I received an email informing me that my reservation had been moved to this location, which was about 25 minutes away. While inconvenient, I decided to make it work. I had specifically wanted an in-person pickup because I have an older phone and don't always trust it for app-based transactions. Unfortunately, my reservation was switched to a mobile pickup. Since Google showed the store as open at the time of my reservation, I assumed assistance would be available if I ran into any issues. When I arrived, however, the store was closed and didn't open until 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. I proceeded with the mobile pickup process, which took about 30 minutes to complete on my phone. After finally getting through the app, the instructions for locating the keys were completely inaccurate. The app stated that there would be a lock with a code on the rear cargo door. There wasn't. It then said that if no lock was present, I should lift the cargo door and find the keys in the attic/storage area of the truck. They weren't there either. To make matters worse, the truck had been backed into a parking space surrounded by bushes, trees, and thorny weeds, so I actually had to climb through the vegetation just to access the rear of the truck and verify the instructions. After searching the truck multiple times without success, an employee arrived and attempted to help. He checked all the same locations and searched inside the store as well, but couldn't find the keys. Eventually, he called his manager, who informed me that the keys had been left on top of the rear tire. That location was not mentioned anywhere in the app's instructions. As a result, I wasn't able to leave with the truck until about 45 minutes after my scheduled pickup time, despite having friends waiting to help me move. To top it all off, the appliance dolly I had reserved was not in the truck. I was later instructed to meet someone in a grocery store parking lot to pick up the dolly separately. Between the last-minute location change, the forced mobile pickup, the inaccurate key instructions, the delayed departure, and the missing equipment, the entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I rely on companies like U-Haul during already stressful moves, and this rental added unnecessary frustration at every step. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Parking lot is too small for the trucks and trailers. Attendants were of zero help. The entry way to the parking lot is too steep for 26ft truck to enter without scraping the road. Recommend closing this location.
Daniel HI spent an hour with customer service to find the key because it wasn’t in the lock box
Robert Hmy location was change and i was unaware of it that was my only problem
TAMMY WMy recommendation would depend on what is needed. The survey should have questions on the rental process and not so much the location. While I appreciate the help from the guy, the rental process, online and then a text request for a phone call was, unsettling.
