RAY LI don’t like to drop off experience it was dark and I had to be outside in a dark park lot taking photos of the truck which just felt very unsafe .
CANEDRA JWhen I arrived to pick up my reservation, I was told by the employee that he had no record of it. That was it. No "sorry," no "let me see how I can help you," not even a "call this number." So I had to call U-Haul customer service on my own to figure out what went wrong. My reservation had been canceled and I was never told by any representative (3 different people) why. The truck I ended up with was clean and in good working order--though I don't know why it only had 1/4 tank of gas in it. Seems like U-Haul should use the rental car method and always have a full tank of gas upon pickup. I had a 9-hour drive ahead of me.
