This rating is not for pick up location but thr original reserved location and the Ny 27/7 scheduling lady on the phone that claimed it was all my fault that the original placed is closed and its my fault that I rented a uhaul and then hang up on me. Why was I allowed to reserve a mobile pick up and not able to pick up my time sensitive reservation.
