Trucks are located down the street from this location. The yard that is used is a huge mud pit. The lock box with the keys is inside of a salt shed in the back of the lot. All of the locks are corroded and almost impossible to open. Next time o will rent from the actual uhaul facility not a authorized location.

ALEXANDER Yi reserved a 10’ truck on thursday through the app. i received a confirmation through text that it would be ready 9a.m. on sunday. i get there this morning to a message on the app stating ‘equipment not reserved’. i had to call the help desk, the woman told me it wasn’t on me, just that it wasn’t marked as mobile pickup. she offered me alternatives (9’ van/20’ truck). i had to take the 20’. i find it a bit unfair i was charged for the 20 when that’s not what i ordered, nor was it my fault for the mixup. i feel i should be reimbursed for the price difference
