CRYSTALA Rnone, easy pickup and dropoff.
John RI pulled up to big g's shop and the guy there said that I had to take the truck to another location a few blocks away. I called and they couldn't confirm that this. I put the keys in the drop off box at the new site and the customer service said they noted the account about the issue. Then I recieved a bill saying I had the truck for a additional day and there was a 40$ fee for this. Im going to call about that but im not happy about all these surprises.
Jason Sthe staff was very helpful and accomadating. the trailer was in good clean condition. every thing worked properly. have used uHaul several times in the past and will again when the need comes up. Thankyou.
