You never said that no one was there and we were using a self service BS operation. Had to go find another location to rent truck and that place had f…ing problems too. Mgr there said he didn’t know anything about the rental but told us it was self service. Then when we got box open to get key the truck ID numbers didn’t match.. then mgr comes out and said, “that’s the wrong truck keys in your box. The mgr quit yesterday and he put the keys in the wrong box”. My guess on purpose to screw with whoever was next! Thenmgr st storage unit all of a sudden could get us all the help we needed because he knew this was a mistake on purpose from the previous mgr… but he could have helped us all along but didn’t because of the self service piece. Then when I went to return truck at Victoria Motors , the owner came out and said he was full and had no room. He said I had to take truck to another location called Rental Wise.. couldn’t get app to work but mgr there said UhaulSystem was down everywhere. He was great and said he would check it in later. So good guy there!!!! Finally because it was a human being. So UHaul.. stick your damn self service bullshit up every GD board member with UHaul. Your corporate service sucks but you dont care. You have taken a great model and ruined it. What stupid MF came up with this. I’m tired of always doing everyone else’s job in America. Grocery stores, gas station now you. I don’t want self serve because you aren’t cutting the costs. Just raising your profits and when a Sr Executive in UHaul moves , I bet he has United Van Lines or someone else move for them.

Jamie KEngine light came on as I pulled out of the parking lot. Turned around and asked why and was told that it is a problem with the gas cap not fitting right and it makes the engine light come on. Seriously?? BUY a new gas cap or fix it however it needs to be fixed!! Driving a UHaul with an engine light on is not a good feeling. Sucky customer service and UHaul constantly rents equipment that is going to leave you stranded on the road (already had that happen in SC). UHaul sucks.
