I did receive an email when I picked up the truck that told me to go online when I returned to the truck to check in, but I didn't get that fugured out.

The truck was prettt old and grungy. The ceiling of the cab was hanging down and the brakes were super squishy. The lady working at this location also was unpleasant. I will not rent a uhaul from here again and if I ever get my reservation changed to this location again I'll cancel my order.

Corporate does not support the local offices, i.e. training is minimal. Technicians are left to figure things out for themselves. Equipment is given them without the correct interface between new and old equipment. Technicians will put you at risk by attempting to have you accept equipment that is not street legal. Still waiting for a call on this issue.

Booking the uhaul via phone was atrocious. The lady got my phone number wrong so I never was notified of the pick up location, she was hard to hear, and I had to repeat information multiple times (only to find out it was still screwed up).

The woman working there was so helpful. We actually had a really rough experience with the self pick up. We went through all the steps, photos, drivers license, all that. Then it said it couldn't rent to us. Why? I have no idea. So we went in to talk to the lady and she said we cancelled it. Which we did not. It was so super frustrating. But she rebooked it for us and got us on our way but she wanted me to make sure you knew that the self pickup did not work and that she has had a few people lately with the same issue. So then when we went to return the truck and tried the self drop off, it just said my reservation was cancelled and wouldn't let me drop off. I called customer service (rather long wait time after a very long hard day...) but the gal who helped me was so helpful. Turns out the email I had was for the old reservation and when she rebooked us this morning I got a different reservation number. So once I logged in with that it went smoothly. I think the self pick up and drop off is brilliant but ended up not working so well for us.

Overall experience was poor. Ordered the truck with plenty of advance notice. Then we was notified to pick it up downtown. The brakes was out on that truck so we had to go all the way out to Herriman. You guys gave us 30 miles on the truck but told us we would have to pay for the added fuel we had to drive around to get the truck and 30 miles of fuel to get it to my house to unload. In the future if you guys make a mistake you shouldn't put the burden on the customer to pay for those costs. Will go elsewhere next time

The staff could not locate the truck I rented. They did find my name in the system, but not the truck. They told me I was rented out the wrong truck. She let me know that she would get a hold of me later when she got it sorted out. Hopefully, since I got this email, it got sorted out.

Overall it was a great experience. The only complaint which I have is that I had no instructions prior as to how to check out the truck, or how to return it. Also the app did not work - it would not allow me to take any photos while in the app. I had to switch over to the website. But I was impressed with the process, and would do it again.

The sign on the door for after hours drop off was confusing. Plus the last inch on the right was covered making it hard to read. May want to think about redoing the sign.

There wasn't much room to park and they do not have long hours on Saturday. Thus, the dropoff was confusing where to park and leave all the equipment.

To be perfectly frank, I had limited to no interaction with the personnel at this location. I simply dropped off the equipment and the keys and that was about it. I suppose you could argue that the process was smooth if not exactly personalized.
