The U-Haul was very clean, unfortunately the brackets and wheels to bring the door down were so rested and corroded that the door got stuck twice and I had to call for help for the U-Haul number. And then when I tried to return it it wouldn't start and it took me 20 minutes to get it to finally start. All in all it took a lot of time away from the time I needed to get stuff done. The gentleman at the shop was very nice and very apologetic. So the people at the shop were absolutely phenomenal. There was just issues with the U-Haul itself.
