Moms didn’t have my trailer. I had to go to another location. Both locations were less than desirable and not professional at all.
Lina FTerrible customer service and worse attitude. She was so angry when we walked in, her face started turning red. Cat urine, feces smell and flies buzzing all over the place. My business partner also commented when we walked out. As a business owner myself, I couldn’t imagine allowing someone with such a bad attitude deal with customers directly. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was very disappointing. I rent from U-haul regularly, she was bad for their personal business and U-Haul as a trustworthy brand. D - for disappointing.
