The truck did not have air conditioning and the day of the rental was very colorful, there was also a problem with the truck, I returned it at the right time I parked it next to other trucks and the next day they informed me that the crane had towed the truck because it was in a prohibited parking place. I left the truck next to other trucks without any problem and they charged me $300 for the trailer of the truck, it seems unfair that I have to pay this money when I leave the truck next to other trucks and the location does not have a demarcated place to leave the trucks.

HECTOR HTruck was in working order. I was overcharged for mileage by 83 miles- THIS IS THE SECOND TIME this happens at this location in a 1 week span, and the owner was aware the mileage was off and still submitted the overcharge. I submitted my photos so I was able to get a refund. So please make sure you document your truck rental by taking photos of mileage/gas and basically every inch of the truck (since the photos are timestamped by your phone) before you leave their lot.
