The person who rented me the trailer JOSE, did something with my contract, that the toll people are charging me for days that I don't even have the trailer, I rented just 1 day 4/22 and they are charging me tolls from 4/24 to 5/6. I've been calling the guy since then an not solution, I'm gonna call you back and never call,, $63,59 charge to my credit card, crazy!!!. This guy should be taken to a manager or corporate and educated. A friend of mine rented with him a trailer a time before (Lazaro Arencibia 305*834*8154) and the guy put the trailer insurance without even ask he realized when he got the bill. So, hope this note gets to the right people and the guy be amonested.
yerandi cJose was quick and efficient with the process. It was a lifesaver that a truck was available as another company (Budget) informed us the day before that the truck we reserved 3 weeks prior, was unavailable. Without U-Haul being available we would have been in a serious predicament with an unknown outcome.
Steven KThe location belonged to a third party, the customer service wasn't very friendly, and the truck they gave me wasn't very clean. Next time, I'll choose an official U-Haul branch.

RAFAEL ZThe truck did not have air conditioning and the day of the rental was very colorful, there was also a problem with the truck, I returned it at the right time I parked it next to other trucks and the next day they informed me that the crane had towed the truck because it was in a prohibited parking place. I left the truck next to other trucks without any problem and they charged me $300 for the trailer of the truck, it seems unfair that I have to pay this money when I leave the truck next to other trucks and the location does not have a demarcated place to leave the trucks.

CALROS ILa ubicación no es limpia ni agradable, es un escritorio en una oficina muy pequeña sin baño y totalmente desordenada, los trucks están en un sitio sobre tierra, no es un buen lugar, sin embargo el servicio del truck es bueno

HECTOR HTruck was in working order. I was overcharged for mileage by 83 miles- THIS IS THE SECOND TIME this happens at this location in a 1 week span, and the owner was aware the mileage was off and still submitted the overcharge. I submitted my photos so I was able to get a refund. So please make sure you document your truck rental by taking photos of mileage/gas and basically every inch of the truck (since the photos are timestamped by your phone) before you leave their lot.

RAUL CI returned the truck with only using 20 miles and was charged for 60 miles and then was told the lock was broken which wasn’t true.
KIMBERLY PThe battery fail on the truck and I mentioned it to the responsible party. It finally started but it failed again at my 2nd stop. They jumped it as I needed to move the truck from where it was. His response originally was “call roadside assistance” and they will help you. I was charge for gas when I completed the rental. I returned the truck with the same amount of gas I got it in the first place. I spoke with the person twice and now he said I have to wait until the vehicle is returned. They never give me money back for extra gas left on the truck on previous rentals

ARLEY ANo, I do not recommend this location because it had an issue with the gauge and also with the tire and I tried calling the company to let them know about the issue. No one actually picked up the phone and that’s very unprofessional that I have to call multiple times and still get no help.

ROBERTO G5 min after driving away, the rusty door latch fell off and the doors of the trailer opened up while driving in the middle of the road. I am lucky it did not damage any cars.

Rafael DTook 30min to pick up vehicle. Self checkout didn’t work. The add-ons I requested were removed and not available. Less than half a tank of gas left. Not going here for U-Hauls

Alfredo EJose was completely willing to help me when I need to change the size of my truck. He did not try to get over but instead made sure I had what I needed and next steps as far as my uhaul contract and payments. The service I received was Excellent.
Letisha TOwner is a thief he over charged in mileage and when I reached out to get this corrected owner Jose did not fix the charge. Please stay away from this location

Kelly HI rented a 10-foot unit and it was not available at the time I went to pick it up, the person in charge offered me a 15-foot unit with an increase in price, without authorization I added insurance which in the original contract I had declined.
