Due to ITissues at U-Haul-.com website it took me over 45 minutes to complete the transaction on moving day Last thing anyone needs on moving day or delays that are controllable not sure what the problem was, but a company is large as U-Haul having slow customer interaction due to their website on a Saturday unforgivable The local folks were great apologizing many times for something that wasn’t even their fault. They even offered additional time at no charge and a late return at no charge if that would help.
