The girl that checked me in at the drop off location in Hiawassee, GA was not friendly and seemed annoyed that I was asking some questions. Wow! She needs to be re-trained in customer service.

Donald FThis was not the return location on my reservation. I returned the trailer to the location on my reservation and was charged extra money for not returning the trailer to this location. This is unsatisfactory.
