I picked up the truck with just over half a tank of gas. Drove it approximately 10 miles total. When I received the bill I was charged for 17 gallons of gas. I won't be recommending this location to anyone.

Have used this location multiple times. Very friendly and worked hard to get the contract fixed due to the incorrect trailer number being used. Would recommend this facility to anyone.

I was informed that I would not be charged for an extra day when I called to let staff know I would be 2 hours later than scheduled drop off time. I noticed the charge after I left and received an email notification. No one informed me this was going to happen. Substandard communication.
Service provided was extremely knowledgeable about the product and service exceeded our expectations.
1. U-haul app did not work. I could not upload photos of wrong mileage and fuel level; and small dent on the front of the truck. I ended up calling the attendant onsite to help me. With a 9am appointment I only left the lot at 10:00. [I did only start the process at 9:10 after finding the truck]. 2. I ran late, because I started late. Might be charged for whole more day. 3. When I returned the truck I could upload photos, but because I could not upload the pictures in the am [which I still have] I was charged a fee for not fueling the truck. I indicated as much in the comments. Not sure what next steps will be. SUMMARY: I will NEVER use the app again. If it turns out it is the only way to rent without having to pay a 'convenience fee' I will take my business elsewhere. Using the app is not worth the hassle and aggravation. While I was struggling to check the truck out I remembered why we rented a Budget truck the last time we needed to haul stuff.
Employee was rude,not willing to check me in and not very nice at all. She is trying to charge me for fuel even though there was a note in my contract not to be charged because my original drop off point is out of business.

The location isn't the best - there is not an easy egress to the yard so I could see an extra employee to handle the yard work while the other mans the office. It would make wait times shorter.

The radio and the power plug were both not working. That made for a very long 400 mile day!
The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable about your equipment. They had every thing i needed from boxes to hold down straps.

Quick, easy & safe!
Overall experience was ok. I was charged $25 on my receipt for not folding the furniture pads back like i received them. The attendant when she called said it said to fold them back on the plastic bag they came in and also on a sticker in the back of the truck. Checking in is all on your phone now and i did not even see anyone when i dropped the truck off--if the customer service was still there i would have gladly folded the pads back but again no one was in sight with the customer service to mention that to me. The pads were not dirty and i think this is just another way for a company to make more money at the customers expense.

Lakaia was very helpful and was excellent with customer service. The only thing I would change is that customers are notified if a gate being broken which delayed the process and lenght to walk. Also, not given a free month as it is advertised if you rent a truck and I paid $10 more than the posted price. I don't trust the online website now when in the stores there are cheaper prices and the free first month.

Your phone system sucks. I was on hold two or three times for anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. Every time I tried to call for directions I've put on hold again. Need more operators or a different system. Not either hubs problem just U-Haul in generals phone system
Equipment was not checked when turned in I'm going to say for the last few rentals. The wipers were torn about 50% and would not safely clear the windshield. I had to stop at a truck stop at around midnight to correct the overlook items while not able to see out of the windshield safely
Stood in the building for a half hour with no employees present. No note on desk. No one present. At noon an employee showed up to work and clocked in to help us.
Easy process. Called and added additional hours. Staff was friendly and helpful.
