The location didnt have the blankets i ordered with the trailer but the guy was wanting to charge us for the blankets. He also charged me for the $5,000 insurance when i chose the $2,000 insurance online.
KEVIN MThe location was not well maintained and smelled of marijuana. The windshield wiper on the driver's side was broken. The truck was on empty and then we were charged a fee when we returned the same way we received.
MICHELLE PI was sent to an alternate location to pick up the truck and I was glad I had someone with me. I would not have felt safe there by myself. Bad location. The clerk in the store did not speak English well and it smelled like weed. Also, the truck was only 1/2 full of gas and we had to stop before we even reached Charlotte to get gas. I will say that the actual U-Haul on Main Street in High Point NC that I reserved the truck from was excellent. Clean, well-stocked and staff was helpful and polite.
