didn’t really say nothing to us . did have to go back in and just make sure I got a receipt and he printed it out . just very unusual not very friendly .

SAUNDRA TIt’s a crappy phone repair shop with homeless crackheads hanging out in the parking lot. The store owner tried to rip me off after we drove the truck a total of five miles, and put a gallon of gas back in the tank in direct view of the store location.
JAMES CThe 2nd location I was rerouted to by the Uhaul operator was great and so was she. The 1st location I was sent to had terrible customer service and gave me know help. He wanted me to wait for 4 hours before I received my trailer. The operator rerouted me to another location and I received my trailer withing 20 minutes I was on the road for my 3 hour trip.
