Mobile check in is time consuming and takes your paid time for the vehicle. Confusing and a $25 day truck ends up costing $107.00 which is ridiculous. Husband could not get past added insurance on mobile phone - ended up charging for additional insurance not needed because our own insurance covered it. Going to go over bill and call customer service on the charges.
Chad KUhaul screwed up and did not have my truck, I had to travel 11 miles out of the way to get one.
Glen DWoman was nice and in time. We were redirected from a location 1 mile away to this location, 15 miles away, just 24 hours prior. Windshield was cracked.
Darryl CStaff was very professional and helpful! Hooked the trailer up, gave me some tips, and was very personable. Would easily recommend to family and friends.
