Stop online check in and out or streamline it. I did face to face truck rental for 10 years. I have never seen something so simply turned so difficult. From experience problems arrive at pick up and drop off.

JAMES Tusing the app to pickup the car was confusing. It will still take me to charges even though I already booked a day before. Picking truck keys from the box was confusing, the key lock was hard to open and I thought that the code wasnt working. I was charged on the fuel even though I driven not too far. This was my 2nd experience dealing with ridiculous fuel charge. I would not recommend uhaul to my friends.
