Office personnel were terrific. Hours of operation are too short to be convenient which means I had to turn in after hours and go through the process of taking a bunch of photos before I could turn it in and drop the key. Also walking back and forth from the office location to the parking lot in 96 degree heat.

The only 10 foot truck available had very dirty windows and mirrors which could not be cleaned with normal glass cleaner. Isadora apologized for the condition and brought it to my attention. With time and effort I was able to clean this unsafe film from the windshield, windows and mirrors which allowed me to safely drive. I have photos documenting before and after. I’m a bit disappointed and I expect some consideration please.
Glenn LI was told I the office would be open until 5, but when I made it a point to get there before 5–the office was not open and I needed to do self-checkin.
Peter MEverything about the rental was excellent. Highland Hideaway Storage was location and convenient to take items from our storage unit. The rental was a bit expensive, however.
