They took off the additional charges due to the change in my location of drop off. Never went in the facility they came out to me.
MELISSA NWhen I made the reservation my account showed that it was for "Unlimited Miles" and had an estimated price of around $43. However, I was instead charged by miles and it ended up being more that double (almost $90)
MATTHEW GFull tank of gas would have been nice.
ANNA BThe vehicle was not clean—the cab and cargo areas were not swept, and the windshield was covered with bugs. This location didn’t seem to be setup for maintaining clean vehicles for rent, and had very little in terms of moving supplies.
