During my electronic check in process online, it was a little confusing when it came time to get the key. I had to make a call to find out which box to access & request the code. The gal on the phone was friendly & assisted me promptly. An overall good experience.

HEBERTO DI was told that I'd be reimbursed fifty dollars due to my rental not being ready and available at the time that was scheduled. I did not receive the reimbursement and was charged an additional 5.05 instead. 10/10 do not recommend.
