JOSEPH CThere were no personal, as the place was closed on Sundays and we had to put the key in the drop box. Dropbox pic on uhaul return page did not quite match this drop box, which as a bit confusing

LISA NThis is the location I picked up the uhaul trailer in May and they were great then and great when I returned the one I got from Golden, CO. They were very helpful and made sure I had the correct ball on my hitch. They saw that my electrical connection wasn't working properly and quickly got that fixed. They also made sure that the trailer I was getting was there when I picked it up. He said someone tried to move it to another location but he was able to stop that. This guy was the BEST and deserves a raise.
