I was first sent to B&T Tire & Auto Repair, 403 US-202 N Raritan, NJ 08869, to return the truck. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The guy working there put his hand in my face multiple times and interrupted me and basically told me to be quiet. Then he said he has no room and sent me 15 mins away from there to return the truck. Honestly, I don’t think this guy should be working with U-Haul at all. I was also sent to the wrong place twice by U Haul to both pick up and return the truck. Wasted a lot of time and gas because the contract was wrong.
