Online says picked up by 11:30 o received the van at 12:30, which cost my pick up stuff late and was sold out by the costco.

Make it easier to fulfill a reservation completed on line. My reservation was made on line and paid for. Upon approval, I was told I had to download the U-Haul app to get a code so the agent what know what key to give me (there were only two very different size U-Haul vehicles on the property). The app wouldn't download. The agent tried to call the owner several times to assist but he didn't answer until after several tries. He helped but wasn't very friendly about doing so. The agent at the location was polite but it was out of her hands to assist me. I will never rent from this location again and will certainly not recommend this location.

Matthew AI am writing to express my disappointment with my recent U-Haul van reservation and the inconvenience it caused on my moving day. I booked a van four days in advance and expected it to be available when I arrived at the pickup location. However, after arriving and waiting in line for approximately 45 minutes, I was informed that there were no vans available at that location. The staff then directed me to another U-Haul location to pick up a van. I had to drive approximately 3 miles to the second location, which caused me to arrive late for the move-in elevator reservation I had already scheduled at my new residence. In addition to the delay, I was charged for extra mileage because I had to drive to the alternate pickup location through no fault of my own. When I originally booked the van, I was informed that U-Haul would provide a $50 reservation guarantee payment if the reserved vehicle was not available. Since the van was not available at the original pickup location, I would appreciate reimbursement for the additional mileage charges as well as the $50 reservation guarantee payment. I planned ahead by booking several days in advance, and I was disappointed that the reservation was not honored. I hope U-Haul will review this matter and provide a fair resolution. Thanks
