Ensure the vehicle mileage and fuel reports are accurate, so many times I’ve been scammed by U-Haul for extra money. I may never use this service again and definitely will be warning the city.

JAMES CI am upset. I made my reservation several days in advance. When I arrived at the location I was told that they did not have the trailer that I reserved. They found me a trailer at another location that was an hour and a half away. That location was closing so I couldn’t pick up the trailer until the next day. This delayed my move by a full day and added 3 hours to my drive time. Isn’t there a reservation guarantee?
Marc SPick up took a while but it was only because the system was having issues. The staff was extremely apologetic and continually thanked me for my patience (I know some people lack that). Even though I had to wait, the staff members continued to communicate the issues they were having. It was completely out of their hands. Despite the issues with the system it was still a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Big thank you to those two ladies!
NICHOLAS UJust know this location has no trucks but has tow dolly's for your car. Staff was helpful and nice.
