When I dropped off the truck and told them the AC didn't work, he said " I would have called them and had them fix it". Not a response that made me happy, really no compassion on it that we drove for 18hrs with no air conditioning

Honestly, the older gentleman man is super nice and helpful. Before I found out my jeep wasn’t capable of towing. The older gentleman grabbed some tools to help me try and hook it up. Whenever I need extra equipment he had it there, very friendly and super nice. Also helps at suggesting vehicles for your commute.
FRANCISCO FI was told I had a free upgrade but that was not communicated between U-Haul to the pick up and was charged for it
Michael WDrop-off location is well kept and owner is kind enough to call and follow up about the return.
