Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Tracy Williams was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. As a content creator, I documented my entire move-in process — including video and voice recordings of my interactions with her. I strongly advise against doing business with this location. I’ll be sharing my full experience on social media because it’s truly unbelievable. Thankfully, I have video proof to back up everything.
LAKERIA MMaybe having someone on site to check the tires sometimes would be helpful. I felt like the tire(s) had a flat spot or bulge from how the trailer was vibrating and it stopped when the tire was replaced after the blowout.
CORDELL CHad to pick up from this location which was further away than the original location I requested which I had to pay for more miles than I should have had too! Very unhappy about having to pay for uhauls mistake.
Michael LThe original pick up location, U-Haul Moving & Storage of Dallas 3357 Charles Hardy Pkwy Dallas, GA 30157, did not have the truck that was reserved when I arrived to pick it up. Until I arrived there had not been any indication the truck was not available. Fortunately the central operations was able to locate a truck at Alpha Omega Stor All. The lady at Alpha Omega was very nice and helpful and explained everything along the way. She also explained that the original location was probably counting on the trucks being returned timely, but they were not and that is why a truck was not available when I tried to pick it up. Also fortunately Alpha Omega was nearby and only resulted in a (30) minute delay in pick up over the original reserved time.
