Have a better check out and check in process. I got a call from U-Haul reservation thenext morning stating that I had not returned the truck, but the store owner didn't go out and check it in apparently and told me everything was good and that I didn't need to do anything. There was no instructions on checking the truck in, which could have been a later problem.
